CDM offering global respiratory development and manufacturing services. Driving a cultural change across the business. Needed an individual with excellent senior management skills as well being able to act as a figurehead for the business with potential new clients.

Company aiming to launch two products in LATAM markets. Required previous experience in the region and strong contacts within the various regulatory bodies as well as the expertise to guide the company in prioritising target markets. Identified a Spanish speaking candidate who was happy to spend 50% of their time in LATAM.

UK Pharma group. Leading various Quality teams across multiple sites to produce a cohesive approach to Quality. Setting future strategy as part of the company’s senior team. Initially focused on the succesful preperation for several critical audits, including FDA.

Niche API/Botanical Extracts focusing on emerging markets in LATAM and Asia Pacific. Candidates were Europe based, working for UK company and spending significant time in region developing new distributor networks.

Company with a large portfolio of licences some of which had been dormant for years. Required an individual to review the portfolio and pull together a strategy for the next five years. Morphed from a full time position to an Interim role during course of assignment.

European Pharma company. Identified candidates in Europe who would consider an international relocation in addition to candidates in the local market. Knowledge of operating in APAC was vital as was the ability to build relationship with multiple external partners in the region.

Finding partners

In addition I have assisted clients in finding partners to help in areas where I felt I could not offer sufficient expertise:

– Recruiting senior commercial roles in China in the Functional Foods sector: utilised a contact in Singapore.
– Identifying senior Interims for clients in the Pharma sector: utilising my relationship with a UK Interims company.
